Bridges the gap between first touches and structured team play. Players build core dribbling, receiving, and passing patterns through small-sided games and FUNdamentals drills.
Entry point into age-group competition. Emphasises 7-a-side game understanding, positional awareness, and combining individual skills in a team context.
For U10 players with solid fundamentals ready to raise their game. Intensive technical work, tactical shape, and competitive scrimmages prepare players for Fraser Valley league play.
Focused on elevating technique and decision-making at the U14 level. Players refine penalty corners, push passing, and pressing systems through match-realistic training.
High-performance training for U16 athletes targeting provincial-level competition. Advanced tactical concepts, video analysis, and mentorship from AFHC senior players.
All coaches hold current Rowan's Law and Respect in Sport certification. Every session is supervised, inclusive, and designed to build confidence.

AFHC programs have produced Fraser Valley champions and BC provincial representatives. Our coaching methodology is built on athlete-centred development.
We are a volunteer-run club deeply rooted in Abbotsford. Players become part of a family that supports them on and off the turf.
Our coaches hold FHC Level 1 and 2 certifications and bring competitive playing experience. They are passionate, patient, and approachable.

Click the “Register for a Program” button to complete the GoHighLevel registration form. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
Bring a field hockey stick (rentals available), shin guards, mouth guard, and cleats or turf shoes. Full gear list in your confirmation email.
Arrive 10 minutes early for your first session. A coach will greet you, introduce you to the group, and make sure you feel at home right away.
