Our Learn to Play program is designed for children between the ages of 5 and 7 who have never held a field hockey stick before. This introductory program creates a welcoming, pressure-free environment where your child's first experience of sport is fun, safe, and confidence-building. We know that the early sporting years shape a child's relationship with physical activity for life, so every session is carefully structured around play-based learning and positive reinforcement. This program is perfect for parents who want their young child to try a team sport without committing to a full competitive season.
